We use our web-based SchaumDesigner software – which has been developed with all the expertise of our engineers – to configure our custom foam inserts. Whether provided with hand-drawn sketches or design files or working alongside customers to develop their ideas, our engineering team uses all the relevant specifications to develop professional layouts.
Our specially trained staff look after the production and configuration of customer orders. Our state-of-the-art CNC milling machine park helps us achieve maximum precision and the highest quality standards. Meanwhile, our cutting-edge laser further customises foams by adding article or serial numbers, logos or pictograms in a matter of seconds.
Our customers can choose from a variety of foams – we differentiate between chemically and physically formed foams. The starting material we use most often is Plastazote, which is foamed with CO2. It is 100% free of chemical vapours and is the most environmentally friendly foam of its type.
